1) RESURFACE FLYWHEEL

6) ALL CLUTCH DISCS SHOULD BE MARKED FLYWHEEL SIDE

2) TRANSMISSION MOUNT GOOD?

VALVE COVER GASKETS
FRONT BEARING RETAINER
4) CLUTCH LINKAGE GOOD?
CLUTCH CHATTER
FLYWHEEL NEEDS RESURFACING, WORN PILOT BUSHING/BEARING, BENT CLUTCH DISC DUE TO HANGING TRANSMISSION ON CLUTCH DURING INSTALL, IMPROPER CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT, MISALIGNMENT OF CLUTCH AND TRANSMISSION, BELL HOUSING MISALIGNMENT, IMPROPER BREAK IN.
CLUTCH SLIPS
GREASE OR OIL ON CLUTCH DISC FACINGS, TOO LITTLE PEDAL FREE TARVEL, BENT CLUTCH LINKAGE, TARNSMISSION OUT OF ALIGNMNET, DRIVER RIDING CLUTCH PEDAL GLAZING DISC.
CLUTCH DRAGS NO RELEASE
AIR IN HYDRAULIC SYSTEM, DEFECTIVE CLUTCH RELEASE BEARING, BENT OR DISTORTED CLUTCH DISC, DEFECTIVE HYDRAULIC MASTER CYLINDER, TRANSMISSIONM INPUT SHAFT SPLINES BENT.
