The DiabloChip is a state-of-the art high performance tuning chip, which advances the timing, optimizes the air/fuel ratio and remaps the transmission shift points (in automatic transmissions). Unlike other "tuners", DiabloSports programming is performed in very small increments throughout the entire RPM range, for a smoother, wider and a more predictable power delivery.

PDQ Performance has designed the "VOLUMIZER" for the 2003 Dodge Ram 5.9 liter Cummins. The VOLUMIZER gives maximum power and torque without compromising reliability. The VOLUMIZER is designed of lightweight aircraft quality aluminum for durability and good looks. Its compact design allows the unit to install easily. Installation is quick and simple (30 minute installation). Once the VOLUMIZER is installed you will be able to feel the difference. The torque and horsepower gains are felt immediately throughout the entire rpm range. With a flip of a toggle switch, you can go from the stock Dodge setting to 60 horsepower as well as the 100 horsepower program. These changes can be done while the vehicle is running. You will not need to shut the truck off. These power gains can be felt starting from 1900rpm through redline. The significant torque created in the low to medium range helps out in the most critical times such as when passing a vehicle while you're out on the road or while you're pulling a heavy load. When you demand performance, the VOLUMIZER responds.

Installation is quick and simple (20 minute installation). Once the VOLUMIZER is installed you will be able to feel the difference. We offer a high quality aluminized steel and stainless steel exhaust system for the 1999-2003 Powerstroke F-series and Excursions with 7.3 liter Powerstroke 1994-2002 Dodge Ram with 5.9 Cummins 2001-2003 GM Pick up with 6.6 liter Duramax Each kit consists of piping, high flow muffler (see through) and chrome 5" tailpipe. All bends are mandrel bent to improve exhaust flow and decrease exhaust heat which provides greater performance.

Available for the 1999-2003 (7.3 liter) Powerstroke F-series. This system is constructed of a high quality aluminized steel. The turbo downpipe is 3.5" (optional 4" available) and once it clears the firewall it expands to 4" diameter. It remains 4" throught the entire system and then splits into two 4" pipes after the high flow muffler. From there, the two massive 5" chrome tips are added and exits in front of the right rear tire. Since the most restrictive section of the exhaust system is removed (over rear axle), this mandrel bent system greatly improves the exhaust flow and decrease exhaust temperatures which provides greater performance.

Now available for the 12 valve Dodge Cummins. The Power Plate is a mechanical device that installs directly to the fuel pump. With it installed, the Power Plate greatly improves the horsepower and torque output of the engine. For trucks with the manual transmission, you will gain about 55 horsepower and 140 lb-ft torque and for trucks with the automatic transmission, you will gain about 45 horsepower and 120 lb-ft torque. From this, you will notice much quicker acceleration and better throttle response. So, whether you're towing or not, you will be able to climb hills much quicker and pass other vehicles in less time. The Power Plate installs in less than 2 hours.

Custom designed for the Ford 4R100 transmission, the DiabloSport PowerValve is a replacement transmission accumulator valve created to eliminate the common erratic shift problem of the E4OD and 4R100 transmission. A problem which is caused by a lack of pressure in the transmission valve body due to the soft shift settings from the factory. It is more prevalent in high output applications. The PowerValve has been specifically designed to increase the valve body pressure for a quicker and more precise shift action without compromising drivability and reliability.

The Predator is currently available for 1999-2005 Ford Super Duty & Excursion with the 6.0 & 7.3 liter Powerstroke engine.
The features of the DiabloSport Predator programmer for the 6.0 & 7.3 liter Powerstroke include:

The Predator is the most advanced tuning programmer available today. It has taken the hand-held programmer to a new level. You will notice quicker acceleration and better throttle response.
If you have an automatic transmission, the Predator will also give you a firmer, more responsive shift pattern (gas vehicles only at this time). The Predator will raise your rev limiter as well as it allows you to raise your top end speed limiter if you have installed high speed rated tires.
A unique feature of the Predator is that is allows you, the user, to fine tune DiabloSports program.
Areas of user performance adjustments include the ability to:
- raise & lower shift points for automatics for each individual gear (gas vehicles)
- increase or decrease shift firmness (gas vehicles)
- raise & lower rev limiter
- advance or retard ignition timing (gas vehicles)
- richen or lean fuel mixture (gas vehicles)
- correct speedometer for gear/tire size changes (only tire corrections for diesel)
- electric cooling fans turn on/off times
- idle adjustments (gas)
